Refund Policy 

If you would like to return an item for a refund please call us on 01708 855 698 or email [email protected] quoting your order number and stating the reason for your return. 

Refunds must be requested within 60 days of delivery, with the product still in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition and have a shelf life of at least 3 months.

To help us process your return promptly please ensure tracking information for the returned items is available and retain any dispatch receipts and confirmation.  

Please include a copy of your order information in the packaging for reference and the reason for returning the items. 

We ask that any items returned to us are inspected prior to being returned and are packaged carefully and securely. Solseal Ltd does not accept any liability for items damaged or lost in transit.  

Your refund will be processed when the returned item(s) have been received. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method within 5-7 business days, though may arrive sooner in some cases. If you have not received your refund within 7 business days please call us on 01708 866 698 or email us at [email protected] quoting your order number for reference.
