Christmas Delivery Schedule

Orders placed after 2pm Wednesday 18th December will be processed following Thursday 2nd January 2025.

While every effort is made to deliver your order in the timeframe given, unexpected delays can occur due to the increased volume of deliveries our couriers handle at this time of year.

Please note: Our offices will be closed from 5pm Thursday 19th December until Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day if ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is displayed on the product listing. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Orders for non-stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless contacted by Customer Services.

Our offices and warehouses are open from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

‘Working days’ is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Collect from London, Leeds, Newport and Glasgow. We hold large stock quantities, so you won’t need to worry about delays!
