Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240
Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fibre reinforced self levelling compound, designed for use in the refurbishment of existing floors in both commercial and domestic applications, it can be hand or pump applied.- Used for interior levelling, smoothing and infilling
- 3 - 40mm thickness
- Suitable for existing concrete, screeds, stone, terazzo and ceramic titles, old and new timber floors, chipboard panels and plywood subfloors
- Ideal for use with floor finishes such as tile, stone, vinyl, carpet and wood flooring
- Suitable for underfloor heating and for encapsulating electric cable undertile heating systems
- 25kg bags
- Coverage 6m at 3mm thickness
- Open time - 20 minutes
- Setting time - 30-90 minutes
- Walking time - 4-6 hours
