What are your business opening hours?

Our branch openings hours are

Caldicot – Monday to Friday – 7.30am – 5.00pm – Closed Bank Holidays

Essex – Monday to Friday – 5.30am – 5pm – Closed Bank Holidays

Leeds – Monday to Friday – 7.30am – 5.00pm – Closed Bank Holidays

Glasgow – Monday to Thursday – 7.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm – Closed for Scottish Bank Holidays

Delivery

Where is my order?

When your order has been confirmed our warehouse team will prepare your order for dispatch. If any items are out of stock or we expect any delays, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity via the contact details you have provided when placing your order.

When your order has been collected by our couriers you will receive tracking information allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

How long will delivery take?

All in stock items will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service. Non-stock items can take 3-5 working days. If we expect any delays to your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. Please check the delivery time on the product page before ordering and check the delivery time on your order confirmation.

I received a ‘Postcode not accepted’ message when trying to place an order. What does this mean?

Due to additional charges from our couriers for delivering to some Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Island postcodes, extra delivery fees to these postcodes may apply. Please contact customer services on 01708 855 698 or email [email protected] where we will be more than happy to help.

Can I track my order?

When your order has been collected by our couriers you will receive tracking information allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Refunds and Return

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

When your return has been confirmed by our warehouse team your refund will be processed. This can take up to  7 working days depending on the banking service you have used.
