Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 is a low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant based on a filled alkoxy curing system, specially formulated to provide extra tool down time on longer joints making it our best selling low modulus silicone. Conforms to ISO11600 class F25LM and G25LM when tested to ISO11600. Everbuild 825 is available in 13 colours

Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 is typically used for expansion joints to stone, brick, concrete and composite panels, perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames, weatherproofing sealing to most external applications, construction and dilation joints where stress does not occur until fully cured.

Weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and curtain walling, glazing sealing and draught proofing.
Glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing.
Parapet and roof weather sealing applications.
Suitable as an expansion joint sealant.

Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.

Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.

If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
