Sika Fire Rated Backer Rod
Sika Fire Rated Backer Rod is a workable, mineral wool based backing material wrapped with a glass-fibre yarn. It is designed for fire resistant joint sealing in horizontal and vertical building structures. Sika Fire Rated Backer Rod is used in conjunction with Sika Hyflex 250 Façade or Sikaflex AT Connection.Characteristics and advantages

- Sika Fire Rated Backer Rod has a shelf life of 72 months from the date of production, if it is stored in undamaged, original, sealed packaging, and if the storage conditions are met.
