Ronacrete Standard Primer is used to provide a chemical bond between the substrate and new surfacing. Ronabond Concrete Repair Mortar 25kg

RonaBond Concrete Repair Mortar is a prepacked, ready to use mortar for concrete repair and is used with Ronacrete Standard Primer which gives monolithic adhesion to all correctly prepared surfaces.

RonaBond Concrete Repair Mortar is used to repair and replace concrete damaged as a result of spalling through reinforcement corrosion, freeze/thaw cycling, impact or other damage.

Ronacrete Monoprufe DPM 10kg

Monoprufe DPM is a liquid applied surface damp proof membrane designed to reduce the passage of water vapour and allow the adhesion of thin bonded and fast drying screeds to concrete which is either not fully dry or does not have a functioning DPM.

Monoprufe DPM is also suitable for use prior to the application of tiles, soft flooring or wood flooring to screeds which are not fully dry. Supplied as a liquid and a powder Monoprufe DPM is applied as a two or three coat membrane.

Tests including Moisture Vapour Permeability in accordance with BS3177 have been carried out and show a reduction in vapour transmission to less than 4g/m²/day.

Ronafloor Concrete Dustproofer 16.5L

RonaFloor Concrete Dustproofer is a liquid surface hardener and dustproofer for the treatment of new and old concrete floors. It reduces dusting and wear and enhances the performance of the floor surface. It is supplied in concentrated form and diluted with clean water before use.

It is quick and easy to apply. Within 48 hours the floor surface is treated and ready to use. RonaFloor Concrete Dustproofer is designed for application on to porous and dusting floors and not those which have a dense surface finish or are waterproof (eg. contain Ronafix or are based on a similar product).

The chemicals in RonaFloor Concrete Dustproofer aid the penetration, increasing the depth to which it will reach and react. Its  combination and reaction with free lime in the floor screed matrix converts the particles to hard, stable crystals. These crystals are bonded to, and become an integral part of, the floor.

Ronafix Pre-packed Tanking Render 25kg

Ronafix Pre-packed Tanking Render is a hand or spray applied tanking render. It is supplied as a two component mortar including a bag of pre-blended sand and cement and a bottle of polymer gauging liquid. Ronafix Pre-packed Tanking Render will produce a watertight tanking render; it is bonded to the substrate with Ronacrete Standard Primer.

Ronafix Pre-packed Tanking Render will withstand water penetration by a 30m head of water; resistance to water vapour of a 12mm layer is 120 MN·s·g^–1 100 times greater than the same thickness of sand/ cement.

Flexural, tensile and compressive strengths are considerably better than similar mixes of unmodified render.  Typical shrinkage of Ronafix Pre-packed Render/ Screed is 0.01%, similar to that of epoxy resins.

Ronafix Pre-packed Tanking Render has the highest polymer cement ratio of the Ronafix pre-packed mortars, providing the greatest flexural and tensile strengths and the greatest resistance to water/ water vapour permeability and shrinkage.

RonaScreed FastDry Prompt is a fast-drying additive for site batched screeds used to quickly reduce the level of retained moisture within the screed. This allows floor coverings to be laid over the screed much sooner than with conventional screeds.

RonaScreed FastDry Prompt gains strength quickly, permitting early access by following trades.

Drying of screeds incorporating RonaScreed FastDry Prompt is influenced by heat generated during curing, meaning drying of thicker screeds is faster per millimetre of screed thickness. Screeds installed at 50mm can accept moisture sensitive floor coverings after only 4 days, 75mm and 100mm screeds can accept the same coverings after only 6 days.

Ronafix Universal

Ronafix is a single part SBR admixture for cement mortars that enhances physical and chemical properties, allows mortars to be placed in thin section, provides waterproofing and resistance to frost, and promotes adhesion to building surfaces.

Mortars containing Ronafix are used for a wide range of applications where thin high strength high-performance mortars are required. The typical minimum application depth is 6mm.

Ronafix is supplied as a single component white liquid. According to its specified use within mortars, it is diluted with water and added to cement, sand (and aggregate) to provide the required performance characteristics. As a priming or bonding coat Ronafix is used with cement only to provide adhesion between substrate and mortar.

The speed of RonaFloor Kerb and Step Repair makes it ideal for use on roads, motorways, slipways and ramps, tidal areas, airports and stations, in factories, warehouses and goods depots and in all other areas where speed and rapid strength gain is of paramount importance. RonaFloor Kerb and Step Repair can be used in most weather conditions and in a wide temperature range, from -10°C to 25°C and above. At high ambient temperature, the working time of the mix will be considerably reduced; it will be increased at lower temperatures.

Care must be taken when using RonaFloor Kerb and Step Repair in extreme temperatures to ensure that the water used for damping, and the primer (if using), does not freeze or dry/evaporate on contact with the substrate. In very low temperatures for additional speed, warm water may be used for mixing.
